Hi friend, thanks for meeting me here! You know that friend you text pictures to of a rash, or a question about an illness, or how much Tylenol you can give your child? Well, I’m her! I have over a decade of experience as a pediatric nurse practitioner with a wide variety of experience from the Emergency Department to Primary Care. I can answer ALL those questions you ask your provider. You know what I am talking about, “Oh by the way since we are here” … yup those questions. And the questions you have been to afraid to ask that you finally had the courage to ask … you guessed it those too! I am bringing them all here for you, my friend.
I did this for you.
So we could have a safe place for encouragement through the tough stuff, and trustworthy knowledge for questions that help you get through the week. I won’t use fancy long medical words that you can’t pronounce (heck I can’t pronounce), or try to make myself sound smarter than I am.
I am here for you, and were talking it over with my favorite cup of coffee, in cozy slippers.
It is my favorite thing to do with the people I love and I am so happy to have you here with me. I am a plain dark drip coffee girl with almond milk in a large coffee mug. You know the mugs that take two hands to really hold, yeah those. Let’s get started, but first, how do you take your coffee?
Ever wondered if you child needs Speech Therapy?
Have you ever wondered if your child is “on track” with speech, language, or feeding skills? My name is Jenn Lee, as a Speech Pathologist and a mama to three young children, I am consistently asked to talk to friends, neighbors, and even strangers about the 2-year-old who isn’t talking yet, the newborn who is having difficulty nursing, or the 4-year-old who starts stuttering during conversations. I’m unpacking all my experience for you here!
